Rental Rates

Waves Oceanfront Accommodation is for use for checked in guests only. (maximum of 4 guests in Waves Oceanfront Villa and 2 guests in Waves Oceanfront West Wing Apartment and 2 guests in Waves North Wing Apartment). Visitors must leave by 8.30am or as requested by the manager. Loud noise, music or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.

Payment Policy (Online credit card payment is preferred, but you can also make a request to book and pay by bank transfer via the Enquiries page)
An invoice will be issued upon receiving your booking request and your nominated dates reserved. Please email your booking request to wavesoncocos@gmail.com

If you choose book through the Enquiries page and our website and pay by bank transfer, payment must be made within 48 hours after you receive confirmation of your reservation dates and bank transfer details for funds deposit, unless alternate specific payment arrangements are made in writing. 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking will result in 100% loss of payment, if made less than 30 before booking commencement date. If made prior to 30 days before booking commencement date, cancellation will result in 100% loss of payment, unless a booking of equal duration is obtained for the cancelled dates at the time of cancellation. One booking change is permitted upon cancellation only. Booking alterations are subject to a $200 administration fee.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen circumstances. We also highly recommend booking air tickets at the time of booking, or as soon as possible as at peak times flights can be fully booked. If left too late flights for your chosen dates may not be available.
