TRANSPORT
Bus Services: A regular bus service operates on Cocos Keeling Islands. Timetable is available at The Visitor Centre.
Car Hire: A range of manual and automatic cars are available from: Cocos Autos, Cocos Island Adventure Tours, and Cocos Castaway.
It is highly recommended that you book a hire car for your trip
Ferry Service: A ferry service operates between West Island, Home Island, and Direction Island. Timetable can be obtained from The Visitor Centre.
Bike Hire: Bike hire is available from Cocos Castaway.
SUPERMARKETS
There are 2 supermarkets available, one on West Island and one on Home Island, but selection is limited. We highly recommend that you bring fruit, vegies, meat and any specific items you require. Buy food from a shop, pack it in a foam esky, and keep receipts to show customs on arrival.

BANKING: ATM: There is an ATM available at the Community Resource Centre that accepts all credit cards.
TIDES: Many of the water activities and tours are tide dependant. Cocos tide charts are available from the Community Resource Centre
A number of other business services are available from the Community Resource Centre, such as printing/scanning, computer use and second hand books.
