Rental Rates

Waves Oceanfront Accommodation is for use for checked-in guests only. Maximum of 4 guests in Waves Oceanfront Villa and 2 guests in Waves Oceanfront West Wing Apartment and 2 guests in Waves North Wing Apartment. Please respect our other guests and neighbours by limiting noise and music.

Check-out time is 8:30 am for Friday departures and 10:00 am for Tuesday departures. However, the managers will allow guests to stay longer if no new booking arrives the same day.   

Payment Policy (Online credit card payment is preferred, but you can also make a request to book and pay by bank transfer via the Enquiries page)
An invoice will be issued upon receiving your booking request and your nominated dates reserved. Please email your booking request to wavesoncocos@gmail.com

If you choose book through the Enquiries page and our website and pay by bank transfer, payment must be made within 7 days after you receive confirmation of your reservation dates and bank transfer details for funds deposit, unless alternate specific payment arrangements are made in writing. 

Cancellation Policy

Payment must be made within 7 days. $200 administration fee if booking is cancelled or amended 90 days before the booking dates. 100% loss of payment if booking is cancelled or amended within 90 days of the booking. A change of booking dates may be made on one occasion per booking only upon cancellation. Other booking alterations are subject to a $200 administration fee.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen circumstances. We also highly recommend booking air tickets at the time of booking, or as soon as possible as at peak times flights can be fully booked. If left too late flights for your chosen dates may not be available.
